The VCAB0033-0224-00A linear voice coil motor delivers a peak thrust of 33 N and has a total stroke of 22.4 mm. It provides the necessary thrust for assembly operations, workpiece transfer, and active damping systems, and is specifically designed for use in automated equipment.
The linear voice coil motor integrates precision linear bearings directly into the motor housing, ensuring precise, low-friction guidance throughout the entire stroke range. The moving shaft is made of lightweight, high-rigidity, and wear-resistant materials, providing reliable performance during reciprocating motion cycles.
A key feature of this linear voice coil motor is its continuous rated thrust of up to 13.5 N at 25°C, which accounts for approximately 41% of its peak thrust. This high ratio of continuous thrust to peak thrust ensures that the equipment does not overheat during continuous operation, making it ideal for applications requiring frequent or prolonged actuation, such as pick-and-place cycles or continuous vibration damping. The stator has a diameter of 58 mm, and the shaft end is equipped with an M3 internal thread to enable a secure mechanical connection.
