Product Description:

The SUPT shaft-type voice coil motor, model VCAB0015-0127-00A, features high precision and is specifically designed for semiconductor wafer probe testing, precision height positioning, and automated test equipment applications.


This linear voice coil motor features a built-in motion shaft design and incorporates precision linear bearings, providing exceptional guidance accuracy and smooth operation. The motion shaft is made of lightweight, high-rigidity, and wear-resistant materials, ensuring stable performance.
In semiconductor probe testing applications, maintaining a stable contact force is critical to preventing damage to precision bonding pads or probe tips. The direct-drive design of this voice coil motor achieves micrometer-level repeatable positioning accuracy, which directly contributes to improving test yield and reducing false-positive rates.


Compared to traditional stepper motor or servo-driven lead screw platforms, the VCAB0015-0127-00A offers superior dynamic performance, zero mechanical backlash, and lower friction loss.
